Job summary

Scape Australia is seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Experience teammate to be the face of our student communities. You will manage front-of-house, welcome residents, handle inquiries, and support leases with accuracy.

In this role you will help plan events, activate campus spaces, and contribute to a safe, vibrant, and inclusive living environment. A passion for customer experience and excellent communication is essential.

• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and visitors, manage front-of-house operations and check-ins/outs.
• Build connections with residents and respond to inquiries with care.
• Handle leases, accounts, and records with accuracy.
• Support events and student programs to activate community spaces.
• Collaborate with team to meet targets and ensure smooth operations.
