Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in high-end hospitality or luxury residential environments.
• Polished, professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a premium, fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution-focused and team-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to work a rotational roster, including weekends & public holidays.
• First Aid & CPR certification – Must be current or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for all resident enquiries, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
• Supporting daily building operations to ensure seamless service delivery across the residence.
• Maintaining presentation standards of the lobby, reception, and all common areas to luxury hotel standards.
• Assisting with resident communications, concierge service bookings & administrative support.
• Coordinating and manage deliveries, parcels, and basic administrative functions.
• Supporting the smooth operation and presentation of amenity spaces including wellness, leisure, and dining areas.
• Collaborating closely with the Property Management, Facilities, Wellness & Crystal Club team to uphold brand standards.
• Assisting with resetting and preparing communal spaces for daily resident use.
