Journal Student Living Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a Resident Experience Leader to join our vibrant student accommodation team. You will lead the reception team, deliver outstanding service to residents, and foster a welcoming community while coordinating front-office operations and administrative tasks.

The role requires flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster, weekends included, and a proactive approach to resident engagement, events, and sales opportunities, with focus on maintaining

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Working with Children Check.
• Customer service or Administration qualifications looked upon favourably.
• Applicants should be able to perform a range of Administration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reception team to deliver a warm, professional onboarding experience for all residents.
• Oversee daily reception and administration, ensuring smooth facility operations.
• Coordinate under-18 requirements, including curfews and guardian communications, in line with policies.
• Maintain data in the property management system and communicate across platforms.
• Lead property tours, support marketing initiatives and represent Journal at events.
• Generate sales and reservations and manage maintenance requests as needed.
