Job summary

GQ's Madison Grand in Melbourne offers premium concierge services to residents, ensuring a welcoming, vibrant community and seamless operation of amenities such as pool, gym, residents’ bar and event spaces.

Under the Resident Services Manager, you will use YARDI for concierge service management, handle resident requests, support the Property Management Team, and have opportunities to grow with the GQ Residences portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles in hospitality or high-end residential settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality concierge services, ensuring resident requests are met efficiently and with an exceptional standard of customer service.
• Ensure the presentation of apartments and amenity areas are well maintained to provide an exceptional experience for residents.
• Participate in the planning and execution of community events and activities, fostering a strong sense of community among residents.
• Utilise the YARDI concierge service management system to manage resident requests, bookings, maintenance requests and feedback.
• Work closely with the Resident Services Manager and Property Management Team to enhance resident satisfaction and maintain Madison Grand's premium living standards.
• Assist the Property Management Team with apartment condition reports and other property management activities as required.
• Enhance resident satisfaction through excellent customer service, proactive communication and timely follow‑up.
• Complete regular building and amenity inspections to ensure presentation, cleanliness and operational standards are maintained.
• This role includes a rotating roster, offering the opportunity to work across different days of the week, including weekends.
