Job summary

Novotel Sydney International Airport is seeking a passionate Revenue Manager to drive topline growth, optimise distribution and lead the hotel's commercial performance. This role offers the flexibility to work hybrid or on-site within a high performing team at a busy airport hotel.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Reservations to implement revenue strategies, manage inventory and forecast revenue.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in revenue management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions that drive revenue.
• Knowledge of distribution channels and pricing strategies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies for the hotel.
• Monitor pricing and market trends to adjust strategies.
• Lead weekly revenue management meetings with insights from data.
• Forecast topline revenue and identify opportunities to drive profit across revenue centers.
• Mentor, coach and develop junior RM team members.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Front Office to achieve revenue goals.
• Ensure reservations are well managed and coordinate with Reservations team.
• Leverage distribution networks to optimise hotel profits.
