Job summary

Hunter Street Hospitality—Sydney CBD is seeking a Seven Rooms System Administrator to oversee Seven Rooms projects, workflows and configuration while supporting the reservations team with guest enquiries. The role is based at our Head Office in The Rocks and will report to the Head of Reservations.

You will manage bookings across multiple brands, train agents on Seven Rooms, and collaborate with operations to streamline systems and guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality group with over 40

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and administrative discipline.
• High level knowledge of the Sevenrooms back end.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end restaurant bookings across high-volume brands.
• Train reservation agents on Seven Rooms system knowledge.
• Champion internal platforms such as Sevenrooms.
• Collaborate with Reservations Manager to improve efficiency of systems and communications with the operations team.
• Coordinate group bookings and prepare event orders with venue teams.
• Identify upselling opportunities and promote programming and special events.
• Partner with Operations to ensure a seamless pre-arrival journey.

We have an opportunity for an Seven Rooms System Administrator to join the team to oversee Seven Rooms projects, workflows and configuration, whilst supporting the reservations team with guest enquiries. What You’ll Be Responsible For

Reporting to the Head of Reservations and based at our Head Office in The Rocks, you will:

• Manage end-to-end restaurant bookings across high-volume brands
• Support with the the training and development of reservation agents on Seven Rooms system knowledge
• Champion internal platforms such as Sevenrooms
• Work with Reservations Manager on improving efficiency of systems and communication strategy with the operations team
• Coordinate group bookings and prepare event orders in partnership with venue teams
• Identify upselling opportunities and promote programming and special events
• Partner closely with Operations to ensure a seamless pre-arrival journey
