Job summary

The Margaret Family is seeking a motivated Reservations Coordinator to manage daily reservations across our venues in Double Bay and to uphold premium service standards at every guest touchpoint.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in reservations coordination within similar calibre restaurants, excellent phone and email etiquette, and familiarity with SevenRooms and TripleSeat. Weekend availability is required; join a growing hospitality group with staff benefits.

Join one of Sydney's most exciting hospitality groups in a pivotal role, coordinating reservations and bespoke events across our renowned venues in Double Bay.

About Us

The Margaret Family is the hospitality group led by celebrated chef Neil Perry, bringing exceptional food, service, and a philosophy of care to the Double Bay community. Our group includes multiple venues known for their warmth, professionalism and standout dining experiences.

We are growing - and looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Reservations Coordinator to be the face of our booking and event experience.

Your Role

As our Reservations Coordinator, you will:

Manage all daily reservations across our venues

Track bookings, confirmations and correspondence

Uphold premium service standards at every guest touchpoint

What We’re Looking For

2+ years' experience in a reservations coordination role within similar calibre restaurants

A confident communicator with excellent phone and email etiquette

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Experience with SevenRooms and Triple Seat preferred

Calm under pressure and solution-oriented

Passion for food, events and delivering exceptional guest experiences

Availability to work weekends and early evenings
