Whether joining an established floor or opening a brand-new space, you will be part of a team that sets the benchmark for hospitality excellence.

About SRG Hospitality

SRG Hospitality operates a dynamic collection of premium, produce-driven venues across Sydney, with continuous expansion on the horizon. We are a group with genuine scale and structured career pathways, combining corporate stability with the warmth, care, and attention of an independent operator.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Running your section with confidence — Reading tables, anticipating needs, and keeping pace without ever looking rushed.
  • Knowing the menu inside out — Understanding how dishes are built, key ingredients, and making recommendations that elevate the meal.
  • Managing dietary needs — Handling allergens and guest preferences with absolute accuracy.
  • Beverage guidance — Confidently navigating food, wine, and cocktail pairings to enhance the overall experience.
  • Section maintenance — Setting up, resetting, and closing down your section to high operational standards every shift.
  • Team-first execution — Stepping in early, sharing the load, and keeping service flowing seamlessly across the floor.
Who We're Looking For
  • Floor experience — Previous experience in high-volume, quality-driven restaurant environments preferred.
  • Guest-first mindset — Genuine warmth, natural hospitality, and the composure to maintain high standards during peak service.
  • Compliance — Current NSW RSA certificate and full working rights in Australia.
  • Product passion — Solid food and beverage knowledge, with a genuine desire to learn and develop further.
  • Flexibility — Availability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

If you are early in your hospitality career but sharp, curious, and eager to learn from seasoned industry operators, we want to hear from you.

What's in it for You
  • Clear career progression — Access to structured FOH growth pathways through the SRG Role Progression Matrix (Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant Manager, and beyond).
  • Continuous development — Ongoing training across food, wine, spirits, and elevated service techniques.
  • Perks & discounts — Generous dining discounts across all SRG venues.
