Job summary

Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group is seeking experienced Central Reservations Agents to join their central reservations team in Rhodes. You will manage reservations for Sydney-based steak house restaurants The Meat & Wine Co and 6 Head, serving as the first point of contact for guests with a focus on memorable service.

The role requires previous reservations management experience, strong computer skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Previous reservations management experience within restaurant essential.
• Proficient computer knowledge including Word/Excel, email.
• Familiarity with systems like Seven Rooms and POS.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, administration and time management skills.

Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group are looking for experienced Central Reservations Agents to join our central reservations team in Rhodes.

Working directly with the Central Reservations Manager, you will be responsible all reservations for Sydney based steak house restaurants - The Meat & Wine Co and 6 Head. Being the first point of contact with our guests, our agents should want to make apositive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable first impression.

Key tasks:

• Ensuring all reservations are handled promptly and recorded accurately and provide efficient and professional service to all guests
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all stores and promotions
• Maintaining brand knowledge and current with restaurant operational requirements in relation to reservations management ie, seating times, minimum spends etc
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication. Listening to guests in order to understand their needs and offer tailored options for reservations,
• Respond to all guest feedback
• Be knowledgeable of the brand loyalty program and provide appropriate benefits to our current and future members.

What we are looking for:

• A Team player with high level of initiative and the ability to work autonomously
• Previous reservations management experience within restaurant essential.
• Proficient computer knowledge and skill essential, i.e., Microsoft Word/excel, email. Specific experience with other computer systems is preferred including; Seven Rooms, Phone Systems, Google Drive, POS, time & attendance, online training.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, administration and time management skills
• 7-day availability, though the regular roster will likely be Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Working hours:

• Fridays: 11am - 9pm
• Saturdays: 11am - 9pm
• Sundays: 12pm - 9pm
