Job summary

Onsite Rental Group is seeking a Rental Coordinator for the Solomon Mine site in the Pilbara region. The role is FIFO from Perth with an 8 days on / 6 days off roster.

You will coordinate rental activities, develop quotes, manage hire agreements and liaise with transport to ensure timely delivery and returns. The role reports to the Branch Manager and requires strong customer service, organisation and administrative skills with experience in admin, rental or service roles.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation and administrative abilities.
• Ability to balance competing objectives, multi-task and stay flexible.
• Sound computer literacy and internal systems understanding.
• Previous experience in admin, rental, sales or service roles.
• Desirable Section 26 Statutory Supervisor authorisation or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotes for equipment supply and manage customer enquiries.
• Build and enter hire agreements and manage off-hire when agreements expire.
• Support equipment availability and supply arrangements.
• Raise purchase orders for associated equipment.
• Coordinate with transport providers for timely delivery and pick-up.
• Coordinate mechanical breakdowns and repairs with technicians.
• Complete all paperwork and reporting requirements.

About the role

We have an exciting, opportunity for a Rental Coordinator to join our Team at the Solomon Mine site, in the Pilbara region. This role is on a Fly-in fly-out basis from Perth, on a 8 days on and 6 days off roster. This role reports to the Branch Manager and will see you develop and maintain relationships with our customers by ensuring all rental activities are coordinated to meet customer demand. In this role you will:

• Develop quotes for the supply of equipment and manage customer sales enquiries
• Build and enter hire agreements and off-hire when agreements expire
• Support the team in identifying equipment availability and supply arrangements
• Raise purchase orders for associated equipment
• Liaise with transport providers to coordinate the timely delivery and pick-up of equipment
• Coordinate mechanical breakdowns and repairs by liaising with technicians and service providers
• Complete all associated paperwork and reporting requirements
