Job summary

Onsite Rental Group is seeking a Rental Sales Coordinator for Derrimut VIC to coordinate rental activities, develop quotes, and build hire agreements, ensuring equipment is available to meet customer demand.

You will liaise with transport providers, raise POs, and handle paperwork, with a focus on exceptional service, strong organisation, and teamwork within a nationwide business.

Qualifications

• Results-driven administrator with exceptional customer service and strong communication.
• Excellent organisational skills, able to multitask and prioritise.
• Sound computer and systems knowledge; experience with rental or sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotes for the supply of equipment and manage customer sales enquiries.
• Build hire agreements and off-hire when agreements expire.
• Support the team in identifying equipment availability and supply arrangements.
• Raise purchase orders for associated equipment.
• Liaise with transport providers to coordinate the timely delivery and pick-up of equipment.
• Complete all associated paperwork and reporting requirements.

About the role

We have an exciting, opportunity for a Rental Sales Coordinator to join our branch in Derrimut VIC.

This role reports to the Assistant Branch Managerand will see you developand maintainrelationships with our customers by ensuring all rental activities are coordinated to meet customer demand.

In this role you will:

• Develop quotes for the supply of equipment andmanage customer sales enquiries


• Build and enter hire agreements and off-hire when agreements expire


• Support the team in identifying equipment availability and supply arrangements


• Raise purchase orders for associated equipment


• Liaise with transport providers to coordinate the timely delivery and pick-up of equipment
