Job summary

Onsite Rental Group is seeking a Rental Coordinator to join the Solomon Mine site in the Pilbara. This Fly-in Fly-out role operates on an 8 days on / 6 days off roster from Perth.

You will develop quotes, enter hire agreements, coordinate transport, and liaise with technicians. Strong admin and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, rental, sales or service roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient computer and system skills.
• Section 26 Statutory Supervisor licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotes for the supply of equipment and manage customer sales enquiries.
• Build and enter hire agreements and off-hire when agreements expire.
• Support the team in identifying equipment availability and supply arrangements.
• Raise purchase orders for associated equipment.
• Liaise with transport providers to coordinate the timely delivery and pick-up of equipment.
• Coordinate mechanical breakdowns and repairs by liaising with technicians and service providers.
• Complete all associated paperwork and reporting requirements.

About the role We have an exciting, opportunity for a Rental Coordinator to join our Team at the Solomon Mine site, in the Pilbara region. This role is on a Fly-in fly-out basis from Perth, on a 8 days on and 6 days off roster. This role reports to the Branch Managerand will see you developand maintainrelationships with our customers by ensuring all rental activities are coordinated to meet customer demand. In this role you will:
