Onsite Rental Group in Derrimut, VIC is seeking a Rental Sales Coordinator to coordinate rental activities, build quotes, and manage hire agreements with a customer-centric approach. You will liaise with transport providers and handle related paperwork to ensure timely deliveries.

The role reports to the Assistant Branch Manager and requires strong customer service, organisation and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotes for the supply of equipment and manage customer sales enquiries.
• Build and enter hire agreements and off-hire when agreements expire.
• Support the team in identifying equipment availability and supply arrangements.
• Raise purchase orders for associated equipment.
• Liaise with transport providers to coordinate the timely delivery and pick-up of equipment.
• Complete all associated paperwork and reporting requirements.

About the role

We have an exciting, opportunity for a Rental Sales Coordinator to join our branch in Derrimut VIC.

This role reports to the Assistant Branch Managerand will see you developand maintainrelationships with our customers by ensuring all rental activities are coordinated to meet customer demand.

In this role you will:

• Develop quotes for the supply of equipment andmanage customer sales enquiries
