Job summary

Onsite Rental Group is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the service team, ensuring inspections, servicing and repairs meet high standards while supporting service demand. The role follows an 8x6 FIFO roster to Tom Price, based in Western Australia.

You will coordinate servicing, lead the team, provide expert diagnostics, and guide technicians on required procedures, ensuring parts and tools are available and safety is prioritised.

About the role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead the service team to ensure equipment inspections, servicing and repairs are completed to a high standard to support service demand.

This challenging and diverse role offers a variety of work, both on and off the tools. The role is based on an 8 x 6 Roster, FIFO to Tom Price.

As a Team Leader, you will:

• Coordinate equipment servicing & repairsin line with budget to maximise equipment availability & reliability
• Lead and mentor your team in their day to day activities
• Provide expert advice with diagnostics and customer requirements
• Train and guide technicians on service requirements and procedures, including Baseplan
• Ensure all necessary parts, consumables, tools, and equipment are available
• Lead safety culture & compliance for team / branch
• Conduct equipment servicing and repairs
