Job summary

Onsite Rental Group in Karratha WA is seeking a Rental Sales Coordinator to join our branch. You will develop quotes, enter hire agreements and manage off-hire, and coordinate equipment supply to meet customer demand.

You will liaise with transport providers, raise purchase orders, and complete reporting while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, team-driven environment at a national equipment hire company.

About the role

We have an exciting, opportunity for a Rental Sales Coordinator to join our branch in Karratha.

This role reports to the Branch Manager and will see you developand maintainrelationships with our customers by ensuring all rental activities are coordinated to meet customer demand.

In this role you will:

• Develop quotes for the supply of equipment and manage customer sales enquiries
• Build and enter hire agreements and off-hire when agreements expire
• Support the team in identifying equipment availability and supply arrangements
• Raise purchase orders for associated equipment
• Liaise with transport providers to coordinate the timely delivery and pick-up of equipment
• Complete all associated paperwork and reporting requirements
