Job summary

Everything Fleet at Brisbane Airport is seeking a Customer Service Superstar to deliver first-class face-to-face and phone reservations. You will join a close-knit team on a rotating roster across early mornings to late evenings.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, guiding them through vehicle handover, handling rental agreements, and coordinating with operations to prepare cars on time. A valid open license, reliability and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Open Driver's Licence with clean record is mandatory.
• Reliable transport to travel to work.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail, good time management and clear communication.

• Meet and greet customers and deliver high-quality service during rental check-in/out.
• Explain vehicle features, upgrades, rental terms and local recommendations.
• Escort customers to their vehicle and perform pre-rental inspection.
• Complete rental agreements accurately and capture pre/post rental photos.
• Coordinate with operations, detailing and fleet teams to prepare cars on time.
• Assist customers with bookings, extensions and amendments.
• Run daily inventory checks to ensure all vehicles are accounted for.

About the Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, we are looking for a Customer Service Superstar, to join the team and work at our Brisbane Airport branch, where you will provide both face to face and over the phone customer service and reservation support ensuring that every interaction with the customer is first class.

We have both full time and casual roles working on a rotating roster between Monday – Sunday 7am till 10pm with flexibility to work public holidays and additional hours as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Premium Customer Service & Support - Meet & great customers warmly and provide high quality service throughout the rental check in and out process. Assist customers with questions about vehicle features, upgrades, rental terms and conditions and local recommendations.
• Vehicle Handover & Product Knowlege - Escort customers to their vehicle and conduct a pre rental inspection.
• Check In / Out Process Management - Complete rental agreements with accuracy and capture pre and post rental photos in line with company documentation.
• Communication & Coordination - Liaise with the operations, detailing and fleet teams to ensure cars are prepared on schedule.
• Reservation & Fleet Support - Assist customers with making bookings, extensions and amenments.
• Asset Management - Conduct daily inventory checks to ensure all vehicles are accounted for.

Required Skills & Experience

• Valid Open Drivers Licence, with no restrictions and a good driving record is mandatory. MR or HR licence is highly regarded.
• Reliable transport to get to and from work.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
