Job summary

SIXT Australia at Brisbane Airport is seeking a Full Time Concierge (38 hours per week) to join our team. You’ll greet customers, assist with luggage, manage the vehicle fleet, and ensure clean, ready-to-rent vehicles are prepared for the next renter.

We value service excellence, strong communication, and the ability to work a rotating schedule from 6am to midnight, including weekends and public holidays. A National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical are part of our recruitment

Job Description

SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Full Time Concierge (38 hours per week) to join the team at Brisbane Airport.

At SIXT, you can fully showcase your strengths. You’ll ensure customer satisfaction, manage our vehicle fleet, and take on a variety of tasks in the branch. Everything you need to know about our vehicles, you’ll learn with us.

Your Role

• You will provide a warm and professional greeting to customers returning vehicles, facilitating a smooth and efficient exit process.
• You will deliver an exemplary customer experience by responding promptly to customer needs, offering assistance with luggage, or answering questions.
• You will inspect returned vehicles for cleanliness and ensure they meet company standards before being prepared for the next rental.

• Time management: You will have demonstrated ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment, consistently meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
• Flexibility: You are willing to work a rotating roster between 6am and midnight, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays.
• Communication: You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: You will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work.

As part of our recruitment process, successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening. Please note that all candidates will need a current provisional or full driver's licence and working rights in Australia.
