Rudyb Travel is seeking a Travel Customer Service Representative (Remote) to support clients through every stage of their travel journey. In this client-facing role, you will be a trusted contact—from initial booking through post-trip follow-up—ensuring a seamless, personalized experience and high-quality service.

You will respond to inquiries, manage bookings, provide destination information, and update systems with accuracy.

Qualificações

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or service settings preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new booking platforms.
• Reliable, proactive and able to manage multiple client requests.
• Genuine interest in travel and helping clients plan memorable experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Assist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies.
• Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Assist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests
