Rudyb Travel is seeking a Remote Travel Customer Service Representative to support clients at every stage of their travel journey. As a client-facing specialist, you will be the trusted contact from initial booking through post-trip follow-up, delivering a seamless, personalized experience.

This 100% remote role suits detail-oriented, service-driven individuals who love travel, hospitality, and helping clients plan memorable experiences.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service (travel, hospitality, or service-related experience preferred).
