In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact—from initial booking through post-trip follow-up—ensuring a seamless, personalized, and high-quality experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and passionate about travel, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience in travel, hospitality or service-related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new booking platforms.
• Reliable, proactive and able to manage multiple client requests efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms.
• Assist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes, cancellations and special requests.
• Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel requirements and policies.
• Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries for accuracy.
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after travel for a positive experience.
• Address client concerns with empathy and solution-oriented thinking.

• Provide accurate and timely information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies
• Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure a positive experience
• Address client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and solution-oriented thinking
