Job summary

Hoymiles in Australia seeks an experienced technical support professional to provide end-to-end support for residential and commercial ESS projects, from pre-sales design to post-sales technical assistance.

You will collaborate with sales, channel partners, and global teams to configure systems, prepare diagrams and BOMs, review calculations, and assist with installation and commissioning while ensuring compliance with Australian standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support, pre-sales engineering, or system engineering in solar/ESS/power electronics.
• Familiar with Australian electrical standards and grid requirements.
• Ability to read and prepare single-line diagrams and system layouts.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technical support for residential and C&I energy storage systems in Australia.
• Work with sales and channel partners to develop ESS configurations and support sales discussions.
• Prepare and review system diagrams, BOMs, and basic technical calculations.
• Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting via remote technical support.
• Ensure solutions comply with Australian standards and grid connection requirements.
• Act as technical interface between customers, installers and internal teams.
