Our client is an established energy solutions business is seeking a technically strong and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to support advanced battery energy storage systems (BESS) deployed across the Residential and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) market.

The Opportunity

With strong growth across solar and storage, the business requires a hands‑on technical specialist to support installers, EPCs, and project teams through design validation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical advisory. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product expertise, and customer support. The role would be ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working directly with technical stakeholders, and being part of a rapidly evolving energy transition sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support for battery energy storage systems
