Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support for battery energy storage systems.
• Review and validate system designs, schematics, and integration approaches.
• Support commissioning activities (remote and occasional on‑site).
• Troubleshoot system performance issues and provide technical resolutions.
• Deliver technical training to installers, EPCs, and partners.
• Develop technical documentation, installation guides, and best‑practice standards.
• Liaise with global manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
• Support compliance with Australian standards and grid requirements.
