Michael Page Australia is recruiting for a global coatings leader in NSW within a relationship-focused role. You will manage and grow existing customer and distributor relationships, providing technical product advice to marine industry customers and coordinating with distributors to drive sales and product adoption.

The position offers an international scope, a work-from-home setup where applicable, and a competitive compensation package with superannuation and a bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, territory management or technical B2B sales.
• Background in chemicals, coatings, industrial products, manufacturing or related sectors.
• Marine industry exposure is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop existing customer and distributor relationships across NSW.
• Provide technical product advice and support to marine industry customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and territory management activities.
• Work closely with distributors to drive engagement, sales growth and product adoption.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with boat builders, maintenance yards, retailers and trade resellers.
• Support customer training, product demonstrations and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
