Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
- 4–6 years of proven structural engineering experience with precast concrete.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
- Experience with FEM software and BIM concepts is required.
- Strong communication and remote-work capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop precast concrete products and systems.
- Create and review detailed structural drawings and manufacturing documentation.
- Contribute to New Product Development from concept to implementation.
- Perform advanced structural calculations for complex precast elements.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize design efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and establish best practices.
