Job summary

Australia Davis Recruitment Group is seeking a Mid-Level Structural Engineer with precast concrete expertise to work remotely for global clients. The role emphasizes delivering robust designs from a home office and mentoring junior engineers.

Ideal candidates have a Civil/Structural Engineering background, 4–6 years’ precast experience, and proficiency in SolidWorks. The position offers full remote work from the Philippines with weekly PayPal payments and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
4–6 years of proven structural engineering experience with a focus on precast concrete.
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
Strong understanding of concrete design principles and industry standards; experience with FEM and BIM.
Ability to manage smaller projects independently and communicate effectively; remote-working experience.

Responsibilities

Design and develop innovative precast concrete products.
Create and review detailed structural drawings and issued-for-manufacture documents.
Contribute to New Product Development from concept to implementation.
Perform advanced structural calculations for complex precast elements.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimise design efficiency.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Drive process improvements and develop best practices.
