Job summary

Novasource Power Services is seeking a mid-level Structural Engineer to apply precast concrete expertise from a remote home office. You will design innovative precast products, produce detailed drawings for manufacturing, and contribute to NPD while mentoring junior engineers.

You’ll conduct advanced structural analyses, collaborate with manufacturing teams, and drive process improvements. Remote work is global, with flexible hours and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
4–6 years in structural engineering focusing on precast concrete.
Proficient in CAD software; SolidWorks preferred.
Experience with FEA software and BIM concepts.
Able to manage smaller projects independently.

Responsibilities

Design and develop innovative precast concrete products.
Create and review detailed structural drawings and 'Issued For Manufacture' documentation.
Contribute to New Product Development from concept to implementation.
Conduct advanced structural calculations and analysis for complex precast elements.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize design efficiency.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to best practices.
