Clickhouse seeks a Mid-Level Structural Engineer with precast concrete expertise for a fully remote role serving global clients. You will design precast products, review drawings, and contribute to NPD while mentoring junior staff from your home office.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in structural engineering, solid CAD skills (SolidWorks preferred), FEA experience, and a strong grasp of BIM concepts. This position offers Philippines-based remote work with weekly PayPal payments and leave

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
4–6 years of proven experience in structural engineering with precast concrete.
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
Strong understanding of concrete design principles and industry standards.
Experience with finite element analysis and BIM concepts.
Able to manage smaller projects independently.
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and attention to detail.
Self‑motivated with remote work experience.

Responsabilidades

Design and develop innovative precast concrete products.
Create and review detailed structural drawings and IFC documentation.
Contribute to New Product Development from concept to implementation.
Conduct advanced structural calculations and analysis for complex precast elements.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize design efficiency.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Drive process improvement and contribute to best practices.
