Mader Group is seeking a proactive Mid-Level Structural Engineer with expertise in precast concrete to join our remote team, collaborating with global clients on innovative construction design from a home office. The role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while delivering high-profile projects.

You will design precast products, review drawings and IFC documentation, perform advanced structural analysis, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to NPD.

Formación

• 4–6 years of proven experience in structural engineering with a focus on precast concrete.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
• Experience with finite element analysis and BIM concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop innovative precast concrete products.
• Create and review detailed structural drawings and Issued For Manufacture documentation.
• Contribute to New Product Development projects from concept to implementation.
• Conduct advanced structural calculations and analysis for complex precast elements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize design efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Drive process improvement and contribute to best practices.
