Job summary
Toowoomba Mechanical is seeking a seasoned Mid-Level Structural Engineer with precast concrete expertise to join our remote team, working with global clients from your home office.
You will design precast products, produce manufacturing drawings, contribute to new product development, perform advanced structural calculations, mentor juniors, and help drive process improvements, with a 40,000 to 60,000 PHP monthly salary and weekly PayPal payments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 4–6 years of structural engineering experience with precast concrete.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
- Experience with finite element analysis and BIM concepts.
- Ability to manage smaller projects independently.
- Excellent communication and remote-work skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop precast concrete products.
- Create and review issued for manufacture drawings.
- Contribute to NPD from concept to implementation.
- Conduct advanced structural calculations and analysis.
- Collaborate with manufacturing to optimize design.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance.
- Drive process improvement and best practices.
