Salt, a US-based SaaS leader launching locally in Australia, is seeking an high-performing SDR to lead our market entry. You will open doors, qualify leads, and drive opportunities with our growing Australian team and US-based support.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will use cold outreach, CRM (Salesforce), and sales cadences to book meetings with Account Executives and scale toward an AE role as the first boots on the ground. Remotely and across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in Trades or Maintenance sectors or SaaS/Tech
• Hands-on experience with various sales techniques including cold calling
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics (KPIs)
• Desirable to possess a degree or have proven success in a similar role (3 years+ preferred)

Responsabilités

• Quality leads to marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities
• Reach out to potential customers via cold calls and emails
• Identify customer needs and assess whether they require customer care or sales support
• Set up meetings and calls between customers and Account Executives
• Stay up to date with product and changes
• Utilise Salesforce and sales cadence management tools to effectively engage prospects
• Work with the Account Executives on the ground in Australia and with US base teams collaboratively
