Job summary

Huntress, a fully remote cybersecurity company, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to build our Australian market presence from anywhere in Australia. You’ll identify new accounts, engage qualified prospects, and convert them into meetings for our Account Executive team.

In this role you’ll handle outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries, educate partners about our value, and contribute to refining our outreach processes.

Qualifications

• Experience making a high volume of outbound calls (50+ per day).
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Self-motivated and coachable; able to work independently and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through outbound and inbound leads.
• Engage MSPs via phone, email, and other channels to understand challenges and identify solutions.
• Have autonomy to improve processes, training, and messaging.
• Work with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to create opportunities.
• Book qualified meetings for the AE team.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and keep leads and accounts up to date.
