Huntress is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join a small, elite team focused on building our presence in the Australian market. This fully remote role offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities to engage MSPs and create new business opportunities across Australia.

You’ll conduct high-volume outreach, collaborate with sales to develop targeted messaging, and help refine our processes while maintaining CRM hygiene.

Qualifications

• Be comfortable making a high volume of calls (50+ calls/day).
• Strong communicator with good active listening skills.
• Passionate about helping others and solving problems through product offerings.
• Team player; willing to share knowledge as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Through a mix of outbound and inbound leads, create new business opportunities in Australia.
• Engage MSPs via phone, email and other channels to understand challenges and identify solutions.
• Operate beyond the role to improve processes, training, technology, and other aspects of the business.
• Collaborate with sales management to develop lists, call strategies, and messaging to create opportunities.
• Conduct a high volume of calls and activities to book qualified meetings for the AE team.
• Maintain good CRM hygiene and keep leads and accounts up to date.
