Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• 10–15 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with foundation construction techniques and equipment.
• Engineering or Construction Project Management background is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand technical and operational requirements for equipment proposals.
• Collaborate with Berminghammer engineering and technical teams to develop customized equipment solutions that meet client needs.
• Identify and build relationships with potential customers, regional service agents, and suppliers.
• Attend regional industry conferences, trade shows, and association meetings to promote Berminghammer products and capabilities.
• Work closely with technical support to prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.
