Job summary

seek.com.au is hiring a Remote Sales Representative to convert interest into training sign-ups and grow e-commerce education clients. You will work from home across Australia, taking booked consultations and doing live transfers from appointment setters in a structured, coachable environment.

You'll follow a defined sales process, handle follow-ups, and stay productive during 38-hour rosters. The role offers a base of A$75,000 plus super and uncapped commission with an OTE of A$120K–$145K and

Qualifications

• 1+ year of phone-based sales experience.
• Excellent spoken English.
• Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Take booked consultations and live transfers from our appointment setters.
• Proactively call interested people, follow-ups and no-shows.
• Ask good questions and recommend our training only when suitable.
• Explain approved payment options and close sales honestly.
• Follow our sales process, update the CRM and attend paid coaching.
• Stay productive throughout your paid rostered hours.
