Responsibilities

• Work company-provided warm leads and follow up to convert them.
• Follow up client and progress Service Agreements.
• Manage your CRM pipeline and follow-ups.
• Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale.
• Take inbound and outbound calls and support customers with the wider team.
• Maintain accurate notes, stages and tasks.
• Attend regular check-ins with your Manager.
• Be available on an active phone line.
