Job summary

Play Force, an industry-leading playground inspection and maintenance company based in Australia, seeks a Sales Consultant to support growth across QLD and interstate markets. The role reports to the National Business Development Manager and involves managing marketing activities, lead follow-up, and sales support in a predominantly work-from-home setup.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years in sales support or administration, a valid QLD driver’s licence, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• QLD Driver’s Licence (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years in sales support, administration or coordination
• Experience in landscaping, construction, or maintenance industries is desirable
• Working with Children Check (Paid employment) can be obtained on start
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proficient with Google Workspace and CRM/Job management software
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Good numerical and margin-analysis capabilities
• Highly organized with strong administrative skills
• Self-driven with a strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand safety needs.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients.
• Collaborate with risk/maintenance teams to ensure service quality.
• Achieve sales targets and support team goals.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to generate leads.
• Execute repeat inspection programs by contacting existing clients via email and phone.
• Assist team to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
• Foster internal and external stakeholder relationships including clients and conference organisers
