Hirecracker® is an Australian investment business seeking a Sales Consultant to educate and consult warm leads, turning prospects into buyers. You’ll guide clients through their investing journey and curate portfolios to their needs.

You’ll work with marketing-generated warm leads—no cold calling—building trust, understanding needs, and driving prospects toward Discovery Sessions with our senior team. We value energy, professionalism and ownership in every interaction.

Formación

• Experience in consultation-based sales is essential.

• Top sales managers (5+ years): $1.1M OTE
• Ability to educate and consult warm leads
• PR or Citizenship required
• Starting salary $65K+super (Y1 OTE - $130K)

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING...

You’ll be speaking with warm, marketing-generated leads, so there’s no cold calling. Your role will be to quickly build trust, understand each prospect’s needs and confidently drive them towards booking a Discovery Session with our senior team. You’ll follow a proven structure to consistently hit clear daily KPIs, take feedback on board quickly and execute with consistency. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism and ownership to every interaction, with the confidence to make every conversation count.
