EBR Ever Better Recruitment in Sydney NSW is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to boost sales of insulated wall and roofing panels, extrusions, and accessories. You will identify prospects, nurture leads, and close deals with businesses and teams.

You will work remotely at customer sites and from home, building strong relationships, meeting targets, and collaborating with the team to sharpen pricing and sales strategy to grow market presence.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success, preferably in building materials or related fields.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers via calls, emails, social channels, site visits and networking.
• Evaluate leads and prioritise opportunities based on potential value.
• Develop in-depth product understanding and articulate its benefits in trend context.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase value.
• Provide quotes that are competitive, profitable and aligned with customer expectations.
• Address customer questions and objections and tailor solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Uphold high customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with sales team to plan strategies and price deals to close profitably.
• Set and achieve sales targets within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and revenue forecasts.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve products and sales strategies.
