Responsibilities

• Run focused phone/video consultations with homeowners to assess energy usage and goals.
• Explain suitable solar and battery options with clear assumptions and limitations.
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals, present value, handle objections and close sales.
• Follow up consistently, outline clear next steps, and move opportunities forward without pressuring customers.
• Maintain CRM records, realistic pipeline stages and reliable follow-up plans.
• Hand sold jobs to operations with complete information and assist with questions before installation.
