Qualifications

• Experience supporting SQL Server, C#, Azure DevOps, and integrations/APIs.
• C# and SQL development knowledge.
• Experience in Application Support within financial services or similar industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Core platforms system and in-depth functional/technical support to users.
• Facilitate prompt incident troubleshooting, resolution, or escalation.
• Support system maintenance and environment management activities.
• Produce system support documentation and knowledge base articles.
