Job summary

Sirv is seeking a reliable Rostering Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential to move to full-time. This work-from-home role is 15 hours per week, 9:00am–2:00pm, offering flexible part-time progression as the organisation grows.

You will coordinate staff and participant rosters, ensure shifts are covered, and communicate changes promptly. Previous rostering or disability/aged care ops is desirable, with knowledge of SCHADS Award and NDIS sector preferred.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities.
• Confident communicating with support workers, participants and management.
• Comfortable making decisions when unexpected roster changes occur.
• Reliable, responsive and able to work independently.
• Experience in rostering, scheduling or disability/aged care operations (desirable).
• Knowledge of the SCHADS Award and NDIS sector (desirable).
