Job summary

ONCALL Group Australia is seeking a Service Rostering Coordinator to join the SACARE workforce in Broadview SA on a 12 month contract, part time 0.8 FTE. You will coordinate rosters, support clients with disabilities, and ensure timely roster changes with strong data accuracy.

The role requires experience in high-volume phone-based customer service, proficiency with Excel and Word, rostering or CRM systems, and a proactive, organised approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability, health, or human services sectors is highly regarded.
• Proven experience in high-volume phone-based customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience using rostering, scheduling, CRM or client management systems with strong data entry accuracy.
• Excellent communication with clients, families, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, organized, solutions-focused with accuracy in records and reporting.
• Current Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client rosters with matched support workers and apply roster changes promptly.
• Perform data-entry tasks and keep client profiles accurate and up to date.
• Call clients to understand needs and address inquiries.
• Maintain detailed profile notes to support client understanding.
• Assist in reporting activities and generate data for decision-making.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication of services.
