Job summary

Warrigal Care in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a part-time Staffing Coordinator to support 24/7 aged care services. You will work with internal teams to ensure staffing coverage, coordinate absences, adjust rosters and respond proactively to shifting workforce needs.

You will bring strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting. The role offers an hourly rate of $29.49 plus super and penalty rates for afternoons and weekends,

Qualifications

• Availability to work 12:30pm–8:00pm Thursday to Sunday.
• Experience in rostering or scheduling in a complex, fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting.
• Ability to manage competing demands, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Enterprise agreement interpretation and fatigue management principles.
• Experience with rostering, payroll processes and TimeCapture systems, including admin tasks to keep rostering up to date.
• Effective communication with staff and managers to coordinate shifts.
