Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare distribution.
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and manage leads using our CRM to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Engage clients via drop-ins, calls and follow-ups to generate new business and tailor proposals.
• Own onboarding of new clients by coordinating internal teams for smooth delivery and clear communication.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell opportunities.
• Provide weekly sales progress reports and analyze pipeline data with the National Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and sales support for strategy and execution.
• Manage allocated expense budget to maximize business impact.
