YES Medical is a leading Australian distributor of medical consumables, equipment and devices, expanding its Business Development team with a remote role in New South Wales. As a Business Development Manager, you will prospect and manage leads, engage clients with tailored proposals, onboard new clients, and nurture existing accounts across Australia.

You will provide weekly sales reports to the National Sales Manager and collaborate closely with marketing and supply chain to drive growth and

Qualifications

Experience with sales prospecting and lead management.
Ability to conduct presentations and proposals to clients.
Experience onboarding new clients and coordinating internal teams.
Strong relationship-building and upsell capability.
Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports.

Responsabilités

Prospecting and lead management: identify prospects and manage them in the CRM.
Engaging clients: drop-ins, calls, and follow-ups with tailored proposals.
Client onboarding: coordinate internal teams for smooth delivery from day one.
Account management: maintain relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
Reporting and analysis: provide weekly pipeline/status reports to the National Sales Manager.
Collaboration: work with marketing and supply chain.
