Tyro in Australia is expanding its Sales team for a Sales Executive who will own the end-to-end process from first contact to completed application, building trusted relationships with business owners.

You’ll manage inbound leads, work toward KPIs, and demonstrate Tyro's payments solutions in a competitive market, with a mix of in-office and remote work, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in a corporate sales role with KPI targets.
• Comfort with technology and rapid learning in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ownership mindset with pipeline management and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage a steady flow of inbound leads and referrals, connecting with businesses looking for the right payment solution.
• Own the end-to-end sales journey, from first conversation through to completed application.
• Build trusted relationships with business owners, understanding needs and recommending value.
• Manage multiple opportunities, maintain a healthy pipeline, and meet SLAs and sales targets.
• Navigate pricing conversations and demonstrate the value of Tyro's solutions in a competitive market.
• Deliver a seamless customer experience through responsive communication and attention to detail.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team focused on helping Australian businesses succeed.
