Tyro Payments in Sydney is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our Customer Support team. You will engage with EFTPOS, Banking and eCommerce customers, resolving inquiries over phone and email, and guiding users through activation and setup.

The role offers a mix of in-office and remote work after training, with Sydney-based requirements. You’ll work with engineering, product management, sales and other teams to deliver friendly, clear support, maintain accurate notes, and uphold

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail, Hospitality or Contact Centre environments.
• Demonstrates a positive, customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Answer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Educate customers about Tyro products and services.
• Troubleshoot terminal and eCommerce issues.
• Guide customers through EFTPOS activation.
• Resolve complaints with effective communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions.
• Record detailed notes of enquiries promptly.
• Uphold Tyro's risk policies and complete required training.
