Tyro is hiring for a Customer Support role based in Sydney. You will liaise with customers over the phone and email, providing first-level technical and account support across EFTPOS, Banking and eCommerce services. The role offers remote work after initial training at the Sydney CBD office and requires Sydney-based applicants.

You’ll join a collaborative team and help deliver fast, friendly, and informative service while upholding Tyro’s risk and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Retail, Hospitality or Contact Centre.
• An upbeat attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Passion for customer experience and service.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Educate customers about Tyro’s products and services.
• Troubleshoot terminal and eCommerce questions.
• Guide customers through EFTPOS activation processes.
