Tyro Payments seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead a transformative onboarding program, delivering a seamless, personalised customer journey. You will drive strategy, manage cross‑functional teams, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ship major capabilities while leveraging analytics to improve conversions and outcomes.

Responsabilidades
- Own the Strategy: Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Tyro's customer onboarding transformation, creating a seamless, scalable and personalised experience.
- Transform the Experience: Reimagine the end-to-end onboarding journey, making it easier for customers to access new products and services. Lead the transformation from discovery through to launch and beyond.
- Collaborate Across Tyro: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, while managing third‑party vendors and complex technology integrations.
- Lead and Deliver: Guide cross‑functional Agile squads, balancing long‑term strategic transformation with ongoing product enhancements and taking a hands‑on approach to driving outcomes.
- Drive Data‑Led Decisions: Leverage product analytics, funnel performance and customer insights to inform priorities, improve conversion rates and continuously optimise the customer experience.
